LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neither Gal Consultancy or Tom Cowland are liable for any losses or damages caused by use or failure of The Software - either inherent, or caused by hacking, disassembly or other interference from a third party.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAL CONSUTANCY OR TOM COWLAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION AND/OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE ABOVE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that any files transferred by The Software are not in breach of any copyright or Interlecutal properly laws.

SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

You may install one copy of the Software on one Computer file server for the purposes of exchanging files with any users you provide access details to. Any users of the system inherit no rights to The Software and by use agree to the terms of this document.

TOM COWLAND OWNS ALL BESPOKE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD. GAL CONSULTANCY PERMITS YOU TO COPY, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE BENEFIT FROM THE FUNCTIONALITY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SOFTWARE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. SOME THIRD PARTY LIBRARIES USED IN THIS SOFTWARE ARE COPYRIGHT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS AND ARE USED WITHIN THIS SOFTWARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE CAN BE FOUND WITHIN THE RESPECTIVE DOCUMENTATION FOR ANY SUCH LIBRARIES.

You are not allowed to modify or redistrubute The Software without prior persmission from Gal Consultancy, except for files within the '_config', 'customisation', 'css' directories. You must not provide access to the source, or other constituent files of this software to any third party users, either directly, or via The file transfer mechanisms provided by The Software.

You may make a reasonable number of backup copies of the Software, provided your backup copies are not installed or used for other than archival purposes.

Definitions

"The Software" or "Software" refers to the constituent code that provides the file exchange framework, including this document.
